Feed the Homeless - Philadelphia area
Our project has been dedicated to serving the homeless population in the Kensington area for over five years, providing small bags of food to those in need. Beyond just nourishment, we extend our efforts to distribute essential items such as blankets, socks and clothing, recognizing the broader spectrum of support that is crucial for the well-being of individuals experiencing homelessness. As we navigate various neighborhoods, our goal is to connect with those who may be seeking a way off the streets, offering assistance and resources to help them transition into stable living situations. Through our compassionate outreach, we strive to create a sense of community and hope, highlighting the importance of caring for one another in times of hardship.
Volunteers may gather to pick items for our street team. Volunteers may also accompany street team to distribute item in the K&A area.
