Pennsylvania School for the Deaf - Martin Luther King, Jr. Day of Service

Pensylvania School for Deaf (PSD) is organizing a total of 15 volunteer activities in honor of the Martin Luther King, Jr. Day of Service. At least 145 students will participate, supervised and/or joined by 50 staff and volunteers.  Day of service activities will include:

  1. Collaboration w/Germantown Friends School (American Sign Language/ASL Activity)
  2. Face to Face Meal Prep with Feed the Homeless
  3. Baking Cookies for Senior Citizens
  4. Stocking Community Fridge (collaboration between pre-K and High School students)
  5. Library Clean Up
  6. PSD Campus Clean Up
  7. Making sandwiches for a local community fridge
  8. Make care packages for NICU children
  9. Collect blankets for NICU Children
