Pennsylvania School for the Deaf - Martin Luther King, Jr. Day of Service
Pensylvania School for Deaf (PSD) is organizing a total of 15 volunteer activities in honor of the Martin Luther King, Jr. Day of Service. At least 145 students will participate, supervised and/or joined by 50 staff and volunteers. Day of service activities will include:
- Collaboration w/Germantown Friends School (American Sign Language/ASL Activity)
- Face to Face Meal Prep with Feed the Homeless
- Baking Cookies for Senior Citizens
- Stocking Community Fridge (collaboration between pre-K and High School students)
- Library Clean Up
- PSD Campus Clean Up
- Making sandwiches for a local community fridge
- Make care packages for NICU children
- Collect blankets for NICU Children
