MLK Day of Service 2026
Greater Exodus invites volunteers of all ages to honor Dr. King’s legacy by giving back to the community in meaningful ways. As part of this special day, GE volunteers can choose to roll up their sleeves to enhance our neighborhood with beautification projects or help foster a love for reading through a family literacy workshop. It’s a wonderful opportunity to make a difference, promote literacy, and contribute to the spirit of unity Dr. King envisioned.
Interested Volunteers will serve in the following capacity:
- participant sign-in/ registration
- serving food
- storybook reading
- leading crafts
- neighborhood clean-up (organizing/moving items, painting, picking up trash)

Building/Construction,Cleaning,Mentoring/Youth Development,Tutoring,Other
Age Minimum (with Adult): 6+, Minimum Age:7+
